Project 1: Influence of Culture Conditions on On-Chip Vessel Morphology and Response to Fluid Flow (Available Fall 2025)
This project will investigate how culture conditions, including endothelial cell seeding parameters and gel stiffness, affect vascular network formation and adaptation to fluid flow in a microfluidic vessel-on-chip system.
