The current issue of ProLOEWE-News presents, among other things, the LOEWE Research Centre FLOW FOR LIFE.

This aims to develop controllable and measurable artificial supply networks in order to achieve a sufficient supply of nutrients and oxygen for organ-like three-dimensional cell assemblies. With these, it is hoped to be able to test the toxicity and efficacy of drugs more reliably in the future and to reduce animal experiments.
